Answer: no

What Happens If I Call Our Mortgage Co. That Our Mobile Home Is Through And Say That They Can Have It?

We moved out into our new home about a year ago because we had sold our mobile home. Well, the deal floor through, and now we've been making 2 mortgage payments for over a year, not to mention, still paying utilities, insurance, etc... on the old home. We have drastically reduced the selling premium - to where we are already taking a $20,000 hit just to get rid of it. We are at our end and cannot do anything else.

People keep telling us to just "give it back to the bank".

Answer: If you have a mortgage on the mobile home, it will show up as a foreclosure on your faith report. It will make it hard for you to get any kind of credit or refinance your home.

Why don't you try renting the mobile home out or doing a contract purchase or land contract on it? If you do a land contract, you are basically doing a private mortgage. You prepare up a contract, giving the renter a year to get their own financing. In the mean time they are paying rip and covering your mortgage

I Need To Find A Vin # For My 1985 Fleetwood Mobile Home, Where Is It Located On The Mobile Home Itself?

I be sure that some have a plate with the vin # on the outside, but mine has been covered with vinyl siding. I also know that sometimes there is an info sheet in prison of a cabinet, but mine has replacement cabinets. Is there one underneath? on the frame? There is no existing title so I cannot get it there. Any help, please? I am selling it and the buyers appellation insurance co. wants to know the title was clear, even though it is now taxed as real estate and the title was done away with years

Answer: Get ahold of your DMV as they should have album of it if it is a Mobile home. As they are registered just like cars.
If this mobile is not on file because someone never registered it then the only solution is to contact Fleetwood and see if they have note of it in the state it was originally sold in or you will have to pull away the siding where the plate is located. Fleetwood can impart you were they attach the plate witht the VIN.
You may be able to contact them on the net, search

We live in tornado alley and pay a very high premium every year on our mobile home in the hopes that if it ever blows away we get another one. Who doesn't pay, which Ins. co.?
which Ins. co. do you grasp who does pay off good?
this is one of the most expensive Northern Dutch mobil homes and it is on cement

Answer: The outwit way to say this is check out your insurance company's rating. You know how before we are allowed to borrow money or do nearly anything they stay your credit rating? And well if you have a score that's too low, you just don't get the loan? Well do the same thing with your insurance company. There are third parting rating services out there to domestics protect the public. The problem is that not much of the public knows they exist.

Is A Verbal Contract For A Mobile Home Binding In Florida?

Fourteen years ago my soothe and I were trying to buy a mobile home. Our credit, at the time, was not good so my parents bought us a mobile home in their names. At the time my economize on asked for something legal stating their intentions to legally turn it over to us once it was paid for. Not only did they refuse, but we were also told to lie and say we were "housesitting" if anyone asked, since they outwardly told the insurance co. that they were buying it as a "vacation home".

Answer: For you to introduce your rights to this property you would have to normally have a legally binding document. But, if you have no record of any payment or anyone who can come about into court to stake your claim to this property. Then, I would say no, you do not own this property , move out.
However, if you could prove your intent to buy with checks and/or witnesses then, you could set up a case to force the issue before the courts. Since your parents have refused to help you; I would
