Insurance For Landlords For Apartments (Australia Only)?

Anyone skilled in which insurers offer insurance for landlords for aparments? I only know of EBM's Rentcover and CGU. Surely there must be others out there? (I tried a few online quotes but they say they don't proposal insurance for apartments/units/flats)

My girlfriend and I have been living in the apt 3 years. My hotelier remodeled the entire place before we moved in, but in some places, the paint is cracked on the woodwork. The erection was built, originally, in 1901, but has since been remodeled several times, finally into apartment. Should I be concerned about superintend poisoning? Can I purchase tests online (insurance is emergency only)?
