What Other Options Do I Have To Get On My Own Two Feet? |
Question by Chris W | Posted in Higher Education (University +)
Obstreperous: I have been in college for the past two years at Northern Oklahoma College, in Stillwater, OK. I was supposed to transfer to Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK, pursuing a level in both Sociology and Political Science. I want to attend law school afterwards and become a Public Interest attorney. Unfortunately, I am not in State school this semester because the out-of-state fees along with tuition amounted to a large sum of money. The last bit of money was not paid off in together.

Auto Accident Settlement? |
Question by Nicole F | Posted in Insurance & Registration
My household was in a auto accident 4 weeks ago. I am having HUGE issues with my insurance company and the at fault parties insurance. According to my insurance comrades my vehicle is fixable (after they bend and square the frame!) and according to the other company it is a total extermination. I understand that the other company is willing to pay total loss so that they don't have to pay rental fees and diminished value, but what if I don't after the car back? Can I get my insurance to pay diminished
Answer: I would strongly mention you talk with at least three attorneys and listen very carefully to what they think your options could be in this situation. The insurance companies will try to get everything settled speedily, but don't let them pressure you into anything. Yes, your husband is entitled to medical treatment that resulted from injuries in the accident -- even though he walked away and "regard" he was fine. Getting sore and realizing pains days after the accident is very joint.
