How does the insurance employment, do they have to do some kind of health check on him first before they insure him?
Answer: Honest give them a call if your unsure, but you should be ok to set it up. Just be honest about the accident. If your in the UK, Argos Platinum is the best one that I've found (trust me I have searched apex and low for the best deal!).
Take out a rolling insurance policy - this means that you cat is protected year by year.....so for sample my cat was it by a car. Normal insurance just pays out once so if it happens again you are not covered. Whereas the plan I am on means if shes hit

What permitted actions can I take to get the insurance company to cover my losses?
Answer: let me guess, u have Allstate Insurance?- The South African private limited company that doesn't pay claims. Or a small regional company that's delaying to pay your claim. Insurance companies have budgets and if they pay too many claims they set out on stalling payments and avoiding contact. Sucks, I know. When u buy insurance you pay for the service.
Start by filing a gripe with their customer service dept, which will help expedite the process. Then file a civil satisfy in court. Find your
Our Car Has Been Stolen And Recovered But The Insurance Have Rejected The Claim-the Thieves Had A Collision?
Question by Haras | Posted in Insurance & Registration
The insurance group advised that because our spare key (the only way the car can be driven) is missing and we had not had a burglary, that it is our negligence. The car is a write off due to the damage made in the smash-up whilst the thieves were running from the police.
Answer: This is indubitably a try on - it is up to the insurance company to prove that the thieves had possession of the key, not that you have to prove that they did not. I suggest you implement the firm's complaints form - initially by stating that you think they are not treating your fairly.
Since the car was recovered have the police done a report to show how it was started? Thieves can cut off the signal a key is sending to the lock if you have a remote sensor for instance.

Does A Car Being "Stolen/Recovered" Affect Future Insurance Policies?
Question by Andy | Posted in Insurance & Registration
I am looking to buy a car, and wondering whether a car that had been stolen with keys, and recovered (but not before the insurance concern had paid out for it) will have problems getting insurance, similar to cars rated as Cat C, or Cat D?
Sorry, UK based into question, so UK based answers please!!
Answer: No it shouldn't put on the price of the policy or the ability to insure the vehicle at all.
As all cat d's can be put back on the road without inspection and cat c's need to be inspected by the Conveyance Inspectorate, they are regarded as being repaired to their original build quality.
I've never had a problem insuring any agency I've repaired.
