I am working on a bill in the California Brilliance Legislature to close a loophole in the law that is allowing some health insurance companies to sell policies that don't take measures pregnancy care. Answer: I deliberate on this is wonderful frankly. I quit a job when I read the health insurance policy. The owner of the small ensemble was done having kids so saw no reason to continue carrying maternity coverage for his employees. 5 other employees skip after I did for the same reason (one had a wife who was already pregnant- big surprise for HIM).

Answer: The firm has done nothing wrong and therefore there is no legal action to take against the employer. The employee is responsible for their own medical bills.

I offer you talk to your employer about filling a class action lawsuit on behalf of all the employees against the insurance assemblage. At least that gets you in line to get paid but when the court declares the company bankrupt and there's no money port side, somebody is not going to be paid. Filling a lawsuit gets you in line
