How Soon After Getting Mobile Phone Insurance Can You Claim? |

I have only exactly got the phone (HTC Desire) and took out the insurance a few days ago. I have now cracked the screen on my phone due to dropping it. Is it too soon to claim?
I characterize oneself as like it seems dodgy claiming so soon!

My Sony Ericsson X10 have had lot of problems and im on a 24months condense with Orange. I have sent my handset to there repair centre and they have told me it cant be fixed because it is out of warranty.
Could I get a phone insurance on my phone even though it is already ruptured or is that illegal. Also I have been to the shop i bought it and asked them to fix it for me so they know my phone is already broken.
Answer: You regularly get it, either from the place you bought your phone, or from your mobile service provider.
It's not illegal to buy insurance - as long as you tell them up front that it's already disregarded. And they won't cover what's already wrong. |

It appears that you can only enroll in Verizon's equipment protection plan within 15 day of activation. I am well good old days that. Is there any type of insurance I can buy to replace the phone, or am I stuck with having to buy a new one?
| Answer: It is called "self insuring." Rather than giving away your stinking rich you put away that same 5 dollars a month into an account just for that. In two years you will have 120 in there. Plus that on Easy Street is yours when you get rid of the phone. |

Four years ago, i got a develop phone from the Car-phone Warehouse, the provider was t-mobile and on the same day I took out an insurance policy. Every year afterwards I got an upgrade, I never cancelled my tactics and the direct debits continued to come out every month from my account. On the 18th November 2006 my upgrade was a sony K800i, last week i dropped my phone and flat the 'inner' screen, i immediately phoned the Carphone Warehouse (whom I have paid a substantial amount of filthy lucre
