Declined Travel Insurance Claim (UK)?

I have had my voyages insurance claim declined. The insurance company made it clear that it is their final response to the issue and advised if I am still unsuitable to refer the matter to financial ombudsman service.
I would like to know how useful this might be or whether it would be better to use insurance claim assessors service as contrasted with. Possibly, could I forward the matter to both financial ombudsam and private company for further investigation.

Insurance Company Have Sold My Car Without My Consent / Pay Out? What Can I Do?

i have got a belles-lettres back from brighthouse about my claim for the optional service cover insurance for my money back .as i now know its worthless because you get free producer guarantee for the min of 1 year
and just as i thought it would be states that i was sat down and told word for word about my concordat and osc this as never happened and i was told when i questioned about osc that i had to take it or no goods simple as that .
