Total Monthly Individual Health Insurance Premium: $706.29. Is It A Good Rate?

This is my 2010 Massachusetts Dejected Cross Blue Shield Premium for one person. Health Insurance is mandatory in Massachusetts.

Answer: I couldn't pay that on my superannuation. Yes it is a good rate for the ins. company..

I desert my job and I can continue with a decent health insurance plan for my family under COBRA, or I can switch to an individual plan. Being over 50, my woman is supposed to have over $500 of routine tests in a year, otherwise she's pretty healthy. My son and I are in pretty avail health. Any payments we make would be deducted from my wife's salary before taxes. Our marginal income tax rate, including circumstances tax, is about 19%. Would we be better off with low deductible and high premiums

Answer: Since u are in good you should consider getting off COBRA ASAP. An individual/family plan should be almost half the cost of the COBRA.By keeping COBRA you run the gamble of developing a medical problem that will make you ineligible for a individual/family health plan later on. When the COBRA culture period ends you will be in trouble. Get off of it now. Most plans I sell are now $1,000 ded or $2,500 ded. Run the quotes and see what premiums overstate sense to you. You will have to pay this premium

Best Individual Health Insurance Plan?

My whisper suppress and I just found out that his company is raising our medical insurance rates from $212 a month to $400 a month, so we are annoying to shop around for the best rates. We have found some, but hardly any include maternity benefits, and we want that parachute virtuous in case any "accidents" happen. Is there any plans out there cheaper than $400 with parenthood, or should we just hope we don't get pregnant for a couple of years? (We plan to switch insurance in 2 years when
