Having your continue posted online (Monster, Careerbuilder, HotJobs) brings alot off scam offers your way, predominantly since I am in the marketing industry. I have checked with the BBB, and no report has been filed. Just wanted to know if this was legit or not. Thanks!
| Answer: It is not a accurate scam, in the sense of taking your money, but the job pays commissions only, no salary or hourly wage, and most persons weaken at insurance-selling, meaning that you spend a lot of time, and do not get paid if you cannot make a sale. Also, I think they ask for you to pay for your own license and/or training, so you may actually lose money. |

Has Anyone Worked For Universal American Insurance Company? |

I got an email about an insurance company called All-inclusive American that pre-sets appointments to sell products in the Senior market, i.e. Medicare supplements, Use plans, Rx, and life.
I am looking for some information on the company and would like to hear feedback of anyone who has worked for them, dealer or career agents...
Answer: I symbolize them, out of the 40+ or so companies I represent. I know absolutely nothing about how they treat their captive agents, but in my shop they have decent PDP plans, I don't know anything about their life plans, their Medicare Supplements are overpriced, and I don't relish the design of their MA plans. I have probably 10 people on one or another of their part D plans.

I don't requirement to hear about 'government' HEALTH CARE'...the issue is INSURANCE. Obviously the market can't attend to arrange for this essential service and 'emergency rooms' have to get paid from someone so that's no solution. Exactly what are we going to do about this? Omnipresent single-payer HEALTH INSURANCE seems the best bet. Doing nothing seems like the worst bet. Remember, its INSURANCE were talking about here, not Mind a look after!
